About Me
When I'm not being a counsellor, I enjoy spending time with my horse Ron. I'm an avid consumer of top notch media from podcasts to video games. My favourites include Ted Lasso, Succession, Buffy, The Last of Us II and Horizon Zero Dawn. The beach is my favourite place to while away the hours with a solid podcast such as Maintenance Phase or the latest Tana French novel.
Lived Experience
I have lived experience of chronic pain (endometriosis), neurodivergence (ADHD) and I, like you live each day with the societal pressures of navigating a world that is ignoring the ongoing threats of the covid pandemic and the rights of disabled and chronically ill people. I still have hope.
